Elmsett & Aldham village hall is situated in the centre of Elmsett Village, adjacent to the village school and the community shop. Elmsett offers the charm of a small village just a short drive from Hadleigh, Needham Market & Ipswich. It has a hall which can be used for meetings, activities, clubs and private parties and receptions and business and community events. The grounds include a playing field, children’s play park and some outdoor fitness equipment.

Elmsett Village
Elmsett is located 3 miles north east of Hadleigh and has a population of 1002 people in the 2021 Census. There is a small grass airfield to the west of the parish. The street is the hub of village activity and the hall which was built in 1978 is located next to the primary school and opposite the Rose & Crown pub. A recent development has been the inclusion of a community shop to the rear of the hall. Elmsett has an attractive village green and sign with a large chestnut tree where once the village smithy had a forge.
The hall has been well maintained and serves the needs of the community.
